My name is Amy.
I am a wife and stay-at-home mama who loves Jesus and creating… anything! I love building, painting, redecorating, crafting, repurposing, remodeling, hand-lettering, writing, making music and songs and expressing the fullness of Christ in as much of my life as can be given away! Sometimes that is in the mundane like folding laundry and cleaning the cobwebs from the corners of my home, but most times it’s finding ways to re-do, re-make, and re-purpose things I have at my disposal.
My husband and I serve in full-time ministry at a camp in Andrews, NC which we have been a part of since 2001… that’s nearly 14 years folks!
Most of my time is spent with my sweet babies: Alani (5), Knox (4) and Jed (2 1/2). Currently we are in the process of adopting from Jamaica and hope to have a new little boy in our home next year. I never thought about being a homeschool, stay-at-home mama growing up. I thought, as goes the stereotype, that most homeschool, stay-at-home moms were weird… Then I met Little Holloway and I was won over to it! Praise the Lord for friendships that spring up out of the most obscure places, like Andrews, NC.
Here, I share my heart.
For those of you who are in the same phase of life as we are and you are looking for a blog to follow that will inspire you spiritually and creatively, hopefully this is it! I am praying that the Lord will bless you as you read these bits of inspiration. Enjoy!
