Katie Maloney! Yeah! Congrats! I hope you love the print!
Day 19: Serve Others Door Frame Sign
This is a little wooden sign to sit on a door frame to remind us of one of the most basic responsibilities to participate in real community with one another. It is also a great reminder to myself as I work in the home. When I can serve others from a heart full of joy in Christ, the more Christ is shown to my kids. As I work in the home daily, little reminders from the scriptures spread throughout our home is not helpful, it is crucial for my soul. I am so happy to share this door frame sign today with…
Amy Wallace! Love you guys and am so thankful for your support in our adoption!
Day 17: The Platter
I was unsure what I was going to put on this platter when I bought it. I had seen a few Pinterest ideas about drawing on ceramic and thought I would give it a try. As I started painting the platter, this phrase came to mind. I think the connection between the phrase/saying and the serving platter really go well together. And the winner is…
Pam Gray! Congrat’s girl! Glad you checked this post to see if you won? So happy you did! Thanks for your friendship and for supporting our family in this adoption.
Day 16: The Coaster Set
This coaster set was an experiment that turned out pretty great! They are simple, but colorful and encouraging! Each coaster has a decorative hand-lettered word with a coordinating felt bottom to keep the coaster from scratching any surface. And the winner is…
Cheryl Irvin! Thanks so much for supporting our family in this adoption. It is such a joy to be around you when you visit SWO. I hope you will think about us when you set your glasses down on these coasters.
Day 15: Draw Near Trivet
James 4:8 says draw near to God and HE will draw near to you. This is a great reminder of God’s faithfulness! I think it should be displayed in my home to remind me to draw near to God when I am frustrated, annoyed, panicked or just needing to show some compassion to someone. So, I drew up this little design and placed it on a round piece of wood to be used as a trivet. And the winner is…
Hannah Vernon! Congradulations lady. Thanks for supporting our adoption. You are great!
Day 14: Trust and Obey
This little drawing was inspired by an old song we used to sing at church when I was a little girl. Recently, a friend of mine taught it to our kids during children’s church and they have been singing it ever since. Trust And Obey is a great reminder to Trust Jesus and Obey Jesus daily! And the winner is…
Kaitlin Jennings! Thanks for supporting our family!
22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
23 they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
24 “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“therefore I will hope in him.”
These verses strengthen my soul and fuel my motivation to extend the faithfulness of the Lord to my children. It reminds me to forget yesterday's struggles and press into Christ with joy! What better place to keep this before my eyes but on my coffee mug first thing… So, that's what I created. And the winner is…
Brittany Pleasants! Congrats, gal! So glad you won a prize! Thanks for supporting our family always!
Alright, if you visit every day and want some free Amy Davis Art fast, go here and download this free printable from my friend Jessica. Her quote, my art… a dynamic duo!
Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
Being a stay-at-home-mama my nerves can come unraveled quickly when all three are in breakdown mode or asking for different things at the same time. Whatever the circumstance, I need to respond with KINDNESS. I have this phrase written on a piece of wood above a doorway in our kitchen. It serves to remind me of the kindness Christ shows me daily and through God’s work in my life, I am capable of showing kindness to my kids no matter the circumstances. This was my inspiration for creating this door frame sign for the 31 Days of Artsy Giveaways.
This door frame sign is thin enough to sit above most door frames! Or you could velcro it to the wall:) Whatever, it’s a sign, just put it up somewhere and remember to show kindness! Today, the winner is…
Rebecca Marrion! Congratulations girl! Thanks for supporting our family and this adoption!
Day 11: Be Strong!

Day 10: Lead Me
This summer I was asked to draw up this verse as a gift for a friend. I chose to include it in my 31 Days of Giveaways because I thought it was encouraging to share. I drew it on this 8X8 wood canvas for the giveaway. This is one of my favorite pieces of the month. And the winner is…
Melinda Woods! Congrats friend! I’ll make sure you get this canvas asap as possible:)
